Ymir Report #12 — Time off
Heya friend!
Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that I’m building.
This is going to be a quick report! I mentioned I might need some time off, but it was hard for me to disconnect.
Well, I managed to disconnect this last week because I had to bring in my laptop to get repaired. I was 4 days without it.
During that time, I didn't really work and didn't feel guilty about it. So I ran with it and took the whole marketing week off. (Except to write this email lol)
I'm going to try to take this whole coming week off too. So I'd start back with marketing week and I'll write about the cool feature I finished up this cycle.
Talk to you then :)

Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that I’m building. INTRO A bit late with the report. It was Canadian Thanksgiving on Monday! 🦃 That said, it's been a busy two weeks! The redesign work continues. I shipped the new Ymir documentation site. There's only the blog left to do. I've also started working on the product again. I'm still in discussion around bringing in help with sales. PRODUCT You can always view the history...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that I’m building. INTRO Things have been moving a lot since the Jason podcast. I've been trying to maintain momentum since then. I'm grateful to AI because I'm juggling a lot of things right now. 😅 I'd been working on a redesign for Ymir. That launched last week for the marketing site. I still have to do the blog and the documentation site. I'm still adding pages and fleshing things...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress & PHP serverless DevOps platform that I’m building. INTRO A bit of a delay for this report. My dad was in the hospital last week, and I spent a lot of time there. Luckily, he's doing a lot better now. 🙏 It did impact things. I didn't work on Ymir as much, even though it's the only thing I have going right now. That said, this created enough of a delay that the podcast I recorded with Jason Cohen is out now!...
