INTRO
Not a big cycle overall. Been busy with some new consulting work. This gave me a bit less time for Ymir.
I also took a few days off both weeks. Feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything so decided to work a bit less than usual. This is going to be a shorter email for that reason as well.
PRODUCT
You can always view the history of Ymir's product development at https://ymirapp.com/changelog.
The big change this cycle is performance improvements to the CLI. As Patrick can attest, it was a pretty big change.

I also started working on making changes to the dashboard. Some arrows that did nothing are gone. I added a page when you click on a project.
But I'm struggling with my OCD around design issues. It made me very frustrated with what I was using. I was even thinking of hiring someone.

Someone suggested Shuffle so I'm going to check that out this week.
MARKETING
Small marketing week as well. Didn't start my next article. I just did the next video in the Ymir video course.
It's not a big video. In fact, I recorded about 25 minutes of audio and this is just the first few minutes. I think I have enough for at least one more video. Maybe two.
Just didn't have the energy to do it. I also applied to speak at WooSesh. Hoping I'll get in as this would be an actual talk about Ymir a bit.
BUSINESS

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything this past week or so. These feelings come and go. But right now, I'm feeling it a lot.
I lost a customer I spent a lot of time helping.

June ended with a gain of a customer, but I'm on track to lose one or two this month. So still hovering around that plateau of 22-23 customers.
Thus the overwhelmed feeling.

Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO It's been a longer than I'd liked since the last update. Unfortunately, I had someone close to me pass away two weeks ago. They were in their 30s, and it was unexpected. I'll talk more about it when I do my year in review. I spent a lot of time the past two weeks with their family. The time I had left, I used to work for consulting clients. So there hasn't...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO So I'm back from CloudFest. I'm really happy with the experience overall. I'm not sure if it'll be worth it financially. That said, I'll definitely go back for the hackathon at the very least. The hackathon was such a great experience. It was my first one, and I was so blown away by it. Joost did a small write up on it that I found great. From a business...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO We did it fam! I finally have the second Ymir case study published. š„³ It's been a mad two weeks for me with Ymir. I've basically decided to go all in with supporting project types outside WordPress. I was aiming for Drupal next, but things are moving in Laravel land so I'm thinking of doing Laravel first. (More on that later.) Radicle support hasn't launched...
