INTRO
Happy holidays!
This is going to be a pretty short report. I'm taking some time off for the holidays. I might work a bit on Ymir, but it'll be by choice or to do support.
I plan on starting back on the second week of January. So it might be a month before the next report.
Otherwise, it's been a quiet cycle.
PRODUCT
You can always view the history of Ymir's product development at https://ymirapp.com/changelog.
I spent most of the cycle just wrapping up the work on the CloudFront cache invalidation. I had quite a few bugs with it and released some fixes throughout the week. But it seems to be working fine now! š¤
MARKETING
I've been working on a huge CloudFront guide. It's done and ready to go! I decided that to hold off publishing it until next year.

BUSINESS
You can always view Ymir's up-to-date business metrics at ymirapp.com/open. They're updated every 10 minutes.
Business is continuing to grow this month. I've had a few trials. All, but one converted so far. There's one more left that converts on December 30th. If that works out, then I'll be at 17 subscribers :)

Ymir
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO A bit late with the report. It was Canadian Thanksgiving on Monday! š¦ That said, it's been a busy two weeks! The redesign work continues. I shipped the new Ymir documentation site. There's only the blog left to do. I've also started working on the product again. I'm still in discussion around bringing in help with sales. PRODUCT You can always view the history...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO Things have been moving a lot since the Jason podcast. I've been trying to maintain momentum since then. I'm grateful to AI because I'm juggling a lot of things right now. š I'd been working on a redesign for Ymir. That launched last week for the marketing site. I still have to do the blog and the documentation site. I'm still adding pages and fleshing things...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress & PHP serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO A bit of a delay for this report. My dad was in the hospital last week, and I spent a lot of time there. Luckily, he's doing a lot better now. š It did impact things. I didn't work on Ymir as much, even though it's the only thing I have going right now. That said, this created enough of a delay that the podcast I recorded with Jason Cohen is out now!...
